Tol Controls Pvt. Ltd. (TCPL) has acquired specialization through constant research and development in products like various types of Electronic Weighing Scales, Automatic Milk Collecting Systems (AMCS), Dock Automatic Milk Collecting Systems, Bulk Milk cooling Units, Semi & Fully Automatic Bagging Machine (mainly used in dairy industries), Semi & Fully Automatic Oil filling Machine etc. Tol has also got affiliated to various global organizations for acquisition and supply of modern products including RFID Tag, Cryopreservation Equipments, Addarome for Cattle feed etc.

The main promoters of the company Mr. Bharat Shah and Mr. Maulik Patel are highly educated (B. E. - Instrumentation and Control), year 1991 batch mate from well-known Pune University of India. After graduation Mr. Bharat Shah took the assignment of providing technical consultancy services to organizations manufacturing Electronic Weighing Machines whereas Mr. Maulik Patel got engaged in business of Computers and its peripheral products. As Mr. Bharat Shah advanced in his field by mastering the technologies in electronic balances Mr. Maulik Patel conquered the markets by achieving marvelous sales targets demonstrating excellent abilities and joining hands with world leaders in the field of computers (both in the hardware and the software fields). One fine day in the year 1997 the two friends joined hands to float a company of their own called Delta Weigh-tech Systems Pvt. Ltd., which is now known as TOL CONTROLS PVT. LTD. (renamed in the year 2000 with wider objects).

The new venture TOL, which means "the balance" in the regional language, was really a perfect balance and best blend of technical and administrative qualities. The promoters who were constantly growing individually were now poised to touch greater heights together. The products range expanded from weighing scales to complete weighing solutions to variety of users, to automated milk collection systems for dairy industries and the supporting services also expanded. Constant progress through R&D and deployment of competent staff and distribution network resulted in ultimate integration of products and services.
